I am using Crystal Reports 8.5 (required by the vendor of the software we use) and compiling the report so that it can be run at a scheduled time each day. The compiled source and executable is stored in the All Users\Shared Documents\Crystal folder by the specific report of a workstation that is on at all times. It works when I run it, but after the first scheduled time, no one can run it without getting the error and the scheduled job looks successful, but no report is printed. The report prints to a printer at another site. I can't find any information on how to resolve this error. The document on Using Compiled Reports in Crystal Reports 7 and higher points me to this site, but I cannot find the error code C2002700 referenced in the document at this site. Can anyone give me some direction?
