Need to accept terms of use endlessly

Hello,

I tried many things with both Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 17.0.1 (like clearing cache, cookies, log out, login, etc.), but whatever I do, each time I go to a project page I need to accept ToU again... sometimes 5 times a day... And even when I'm logged in (terms of use accepted), but inactive for let's say 30 minutes, I need to accept ToU again to keep on working on a project.

So is there someone that found a way to accept code exchange terms of use once and for all?
